Two days Gender Training has held at Nilphamari Notun De-mokhi high school dated on 10-11 April-2018 to Develop awareness on Gender Equality. 25 Students (Girls-14 & Boys 11) were participated in this training. Md. Rohul Amin, Head Teacher was delivered welcome speech and Shahanaz Begum, Project Coordinator PGELKPI Project of USS inaugurated the training. The topic of training was difference between sex and gender, Roles of Gender. Discriminations and its causes, role of production, reproduction, social and Political. Position and condition of women in her family & society, women violence, type of violence, women empowerment and Develop gender equality in family and society.
All participants were committed to established gender equality through practicing different activities in their family, society, organization and make a gender action plan .The training was conducted by Mst.
