Promoting Gender Equality through Local Knowledge and Peoples Initiative project of Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) arranged Girls Football tournament at Tapur Danga high School supported by Diakonia on 16th October’2019 for development of Girls. The tournament inaugurated singing the national anthem and competition conducted Tapur Danga High school Girls team Vs Kukra Danga High School Girls team. Near about 2000 peoples enjoy the football tournament. Tapur Danga High School Girls team is champion defeated to Kukra Danga High School Girls team. Bodiuzzaman Pradhan, Chairman of Khokshabari union parished was present as chief guest and Chirandranath Roy; head teacher of Tapur Danga High School was as chairperson. Alauddin Ali, Executive Director of USS, Sorwer Manik Ex-principal of Moshiur Rahman Degree College, Mofrjina Khatun Program Officer of Diakonia, Evaluation team members of Diakonia, Shahnaz Begum Project Coordinator of PGELKPI project were present as special guest of the program. The event was end by award giving ceremony.
