Marta Barcelo, Programme Specialist of United Kingdom National Office of Plan International has visited Youth Learning Center (YLC) activities at Jaldhaka, Nilphamari on 28th February’2023. She has enjoyed a power point presentation regarding YLC and physically observe the creative products of learners. She has appreciated to learners for their creative products. Ashik Billah, Head of Central and Northern Region of Plan International Bangladesh and Monjur Al Khaled, Education Specialist of Plan International Bangladesh, Rangpur Divisional Office were present during the visit with the foreign visitor.
