A regional seminar of national skill development policy-2011 held on 25 May’15 in Nilphamari Zila Parishod which was organized by USS, Nilphamari and CAMPE, Dhaka supported by Europian Union. Md. Jakir Hossain, DC, Nilphamari was present as chief guest in the seminar and Advocate Momtazul Haque, Administrator, Zila parishod, Mr. Arobindo Kumar Bardhon, Principal, Govt. Technical school and college, Nilphamari were present as special guests. Welcome speech was given by Alauddin Ali, Executive Director, USS, Nilphamari and Md. Mijanur Rahaman Akhond, Deputy manager of CAMPE gave speech on the importance and mission of seminar. Key note paper of seminar was presented by Syed Abdul Aziz, Principal, govt. technical school and college, Panchagarh. AHM Rabiul Karim, AD, Nonformal Education Bureau, Nilphamari and Ali R. Reza, AD, Youth Development Afairs, Nilphamari discussed on key note paper. 90 participants were present in the event from various professions including head teacher, NGO personnel, student, parent and media reporter. Event was presided over by Md. Sarower, Principal, Moshiur Rahaman Degree college, Nilphamari.
