Bangladesh NGO Foundation Day2014 has observed in Nilphamari district on 2 December'14 by the initiative of 12 partner NGO of Bangladesh NGO Foundation. USS, Nilphamari has been taken initiative to observe this day with others11 organization. A Colourful rally started from DC office and closed Ummukto Monch, Nilphamari after moving main road of the twon. Rally was inagurated by SAM Rafikunnabi, ADC (General), Nilphamari.
