With the facilitation of Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) Kaimari, Dharmapal union and Golna union union has conducted Child Marriage Prevention Committee meeting of their union supported by Plan International Bangladesh on 01, 13 & 27 February’2024 respectively. Union parished chairman’s has already taken different initiatives like miking for awareness raising on negative impact of child marriage, birth registration etc. In the meeting discussed child marriage will be reduced if increasing awareness of guardians and coordinating of upazila administration, local government, low enforcement department including different GO-NGO.
