Youth forum meeting held at Municipality of Jaldhaka dated on 18th January, 2016 at Jaldhaka degree college hall room. In the meeting 25 youth took active participation among them 13 boys and 12 girls were attended. The meeting was chaired by Setu Akter, president of Jladhaka Pourashova Youth forum. In the meeting the members critically reviewed and analyzed their previous planned of activities. During the meeting they discussed and took some important agendas and decision as follows; Identify dropped out children and admit them in the schools, welcome ceremony of newly elected Municipality , Day observation and quarterly plan of action. In the meeting Setu said that, We have work as volunteer for the children so that we can make a good citizen in Jaldhaka upazila and stand against child marriage issue. As it is declared child marriage free upazila so we have to keep up the situation”. They also took decision for yard meeting so the parents can be more aware and responsive to protect child rights. In the youth forum meeting Atabuzzaman Milon and Kina Khanom, CAR-Trainer of USS played facilitator role.
